Enrollment Agreement Terms and Conditions

You have enrolled in a program with Reality Changers’ College Apps Academy (the Academy, “we”, “us”, “our”) for the purpose of preparing for the college application process. All program techniques and materials (both online and in print) are property of College Apps Academy. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, sell or distribute to any third party any information, written or spoken, including course materials, obtained from College Apps Academy in connection with College Apps Academy courses or programs. You understand that course size is limited and, therefore, enrollment is taken on first-come, first-served basis.

Program Payment

A student’s enrollment in College Apps Academy through a monthly membership plan requires payment with a valid credit card. The first month’s dues will be charged immediately upon enrollment. Subsequent monthly dues will be charged on the 15th of every month.

A student’s enrollment in College Apps Academy through a one-time payment can be made with a valid credit card or personal check. Membership in the Academy begins upon the successful processing of either form of payment.

Student Withdrawals/Refunds

Monthly Memberships: Students can withdraw from the Academy with no additional further charge until July 1st before the student’s senior year in high school, at which time monthly dues will be required until payments received total $1200.

$999 One-Time Payment Memberships: If a student chooses to withdraw from the Academy within 30 days of payment, a 90% refund will be granted; if a student chooses to withdraw from the Academy within 60 days of payment, a 50% refund will be granted; no refunds will be granted, regardless of payment date, after July 1st before the student’s senior year in high school. Membership in the Academy concludes upon the conclusion of a student’s senior year in high school.

Exceptions to this policy will be made if a member no longer resides in San Diego County and can verify this change of residence with valid proof of enrollment at the student’s new high school outside of San Diego County. In such cases, the amount refunded will be equal to the amount of the percentage of senior-year sessions remaining out of the 16 sessions offered.

Dismissal from the Program

College Apps Academy may dismiss you from the program if you, in our sole opinion, are disruptive in the program and/or to other members in the program. We will not refund any amounts paid by students and/or families who are dismissed from any Academy program.
